I put on 1.6 pounds this week

OK, get back on track, and take it off.

I'm joing a gym on tuesday and I will be playing hockey one more day a week. I really think that'll help.

I'm so glad I found this thread. My roomates are all skin and bones so when I come home from a meeting and get excited about losing a pound they look at me like I'm nuts.

I was wondering though, has anyone tried Evamor water? My brother works at a GNC like store and he's been telling me about it. Supposedly it is suppose to do something to the ph levels in your body so that you burn fat faster. I want to try it, but before I drive across town to get it ( and spend more $$ that on normal water) I'd like to know if anyone has had success with it.

I went to my meeting tonight and I lost 2 pounds. I was having a somewhat miserable week and I was surprised about it.

I lost 2 lbs also this week. I thought I was doing bad also (again) so I am suprised I lost any. I will take what ever I can get and also take the good weeks with the bad weeks and keep moving forward. It will all slowly add up to a bigger number.

Today's not looking so good either. I'm trying not to be discouraged, but it's hard for me. Once I get down, it's hard to get back up again.

I broke down the last couple of days and ate crap!!!! I mean seriously i ate ice cream for breakfast!!! It was early this morning (about 8am.... that is early for me) and I was not thinking and I open the freezer and there it was. a half gallon of cookie-n-cream ice cream.... not it is more like a 1/4 gallon.

I fell horrible about it, plus the ice cream headache helped with the guilt. But for my classes today I get to sit next to Kim P, a girl who is a size 1 and is just over the triple digets on the scale. (If she weighs 105 I would be shocked)


I feel so bad!!!! I am so having a salad for dinner!

I finally joined the gym. I'm going for the first time tonight after work. I'm going to take a class called BodyCombat. It's like Tae Bo, but they can't actually call it Tae Bo, unless it's the actually Billy Blanks Program.

Good for joining a gym! Hopefully you'll be more motivated than I am to go to mine--well, it's not that I'm not motivated, it's just not easy to fit in my schedule right now. I really can't wait for it to get warm outside!

Went to my meeting on Saturday. Lost 2.2 pounds. I lost the 1.6 I put on in the previous week and a little more. I'm now down a total of 12 points.

I'm meeting with a personal trainer after work today to go over a an exercise program.
