I know she's Lionel Ritche's daughter, but why is she famous? Why do people care about her?
At least that Hilton girl is a model...she's doing something to pass the time. What is Nicole doing? She really annoys me.

While I agree that this new phonomenon is crazy, my SandsJUST got the nod to write a script for a Romeo and Juliette stiry with Lil Romeo from Master P's camp. She has been STRUGGLING an dit's a break. Plus, I told her, Master P is crazy so at least we KNOW the film will make it someplace. It's an MGM movie so...
She is also writing a story for MTV films about pleging a BGLO at a PWI. Sounds familiar....

I pray that his family and friends will find peace. Without this situation being self defense, I don't feel sorrry for her . . . her family, yes . . . her, no! I have had one (no, two) too many experiences with gun violence during the last month and I just don't feel for the shooter. Call me cold-hearted . . . I am not impressed with it being temporary insanity or whatever they are going to try to throw at the jury to convince them that she didn't mean to do it.

Yes. One picture is from when she was crowned as the new Miss Savannah (after the winner of the pageant went on to win Miss Georgia). The other picture is her mugshot taken after being placed in custody for shooting (and subsequently killing) her boyfriend at her boyfriend's other girlfriend's father's house.
According to her attorney, she went to the house to talk to the other woman and was civil until their boyfriend showed up. She supposedly shot at the car and not the boy and the bullet ricocheted off the car and hit him in the stomach. The Co-Chairman of the Miss Savannah Pageant told a press that she is probably not going to lose her crown unless she is convicted, but I went to the Miss Savannah website and there is nothing there (no pictures, no links, no announcements).

Actually, the young lady standing behind Nikki (the girl being crowned) is the current Miss Georgia (Andrea Lee Bailey). Andrea was the former Miss Savannah and passed the crown to Nikki when Andrea won Miss Georgia and had to give up the Miss Savannah crown to represent Georgia in the Miss America pageant that was subsequently won by Ericka Dunlap. Andrea (the girl passing the crown to Nikki) is pictured below:

Michael X
December 18, 2003 -- EXCLUSIVE
The King of Pop is restyling himself Jacko X.
Michael Jackson last night became a member of the Nation of Islam - and sources told The Post his religious changeover comes along with a shake-up of his personal staff.
High-ranking members of the Nation of Islam have been working to bring Jackson into Rev. Louis Farrakhan's flock - and Jackson's conversion is now well-known in the NOI community.
Exactly why Jackson converted wasn't clear to The Post's sources.
But Fox News's Web site reported yesterday that Jackson's brother Jermaine, who converted to Islam in 1989, has been seeking to win favor with his more famous sibling, and has brought Farrakhan's chief of staff, Leonard F. Muhammad, into Jacko's inner circle as a "bodyguard."
That's just one of many changes under way in Jackson's inner circle, sources said.
Word of Jackson's religious conversion comes as prosecutors prepared to formally file charges against him in a California child-molestation case - and as authorities agreed to return Jackson's passport to him so he can travel to Great Britain this weekend.
Jackson isn't expected to return until Jan. 6, lawyers said in court papers. Lawyers also agreed to put off Jackson's arraignment for five days, until Jan. 16.
Jackson remains free on $3 million bail after he surrendered to authorities and was arrested on Nov. 20. Two days earlier, cops tore through Neverland, his amusement-park-style estate just outside Los Olivos, Calif., looking for evidence to back up molestation claims made by a 14-year-old boy.
Although there's talk that some in Jackson's camp want to replace defense lawyer Mark Geragos, the high-priced Hollywood attorney appeared in firm control yesterday, and met privately in the afternoon with Santa Barbara County District Attorney Thomas Sneddon.
Sneddon said he plans to file the charges personally this afternoon at the courthouse in Santa Maria, Calif.
The King of Pop has vigorously denied the molestation claims.
L.A. County social workers in February cleared Jackson of allegations he molested that boy. But former Santa Barbara County Sheriff Jim Thomas has said he believes the alleged Santa Barbara County molestation took place after the L.A. County probe.

So is this the explanation behind his rant about the "devilishness" of Tommy Mottola a while back? Blaming Mr. Yacub for the failure of 'Invincible'?
