We did a sage green with bright pink accents and threw in some orange and yellow.

I have never wanted a theme wedding. To me, the theme is wedding! Just pick colors and a design aesthetic and I guess a time period (vintage, modern, classic) and go! I have been to a really nice wedding that was 1920's theme though, I loved it! It all comes down to the couple and what they want for their day!
Personally I love a mostly all white wedding with hint of blue! I want my cake to look like Wedgewood Stoneware without the people scenes.

I think we are going to end up with some variation of this color scheme. Fiance has been PERSISTENT about blue and gold, so we've agreed on this as a good compromise. I have to admit, I love it. Minus the jeans and the bus, lol.

However, pink is off-limits. It did remind me a bit of the colors als463 described somewhere on this board (I don't know if it was this thread or not).

Fiance has been adamant about no pink, orange, or teal. I hate black, silver, and red. So we have decided upon navy blue, butter yellow, and white.

I've been to weddings in the past with that combo - it works very well.

A friend of mine got married over the summer and did navy and yellow. It was really nice!
