And here are my favorite clothing stores:

- Ann Taylor Loft. I buy WAY too many things there.

- Banana Republic. Well, the entire GAP-Banana Republic-Old Navy chain. Now that I have my own full-time job with good income, I buy more at Banana Republic and less at Old Navy, but still a great chain.

- Back when Casual Corner existed, I bought various items there.

- More casual things I do buy at Target.

- The occassional piece at Macy's or Dillards.

And my guilty pleasure is silk.

And the woman has a master's degree in child development and graduated magna cum laude)
I've decided that those two on "What Not to Wear" need another line of work....nothing wrong with showing cleavage if you've got it.

LOL, you obviously don't work where I work. Shorts and flip flops are a main stay of the culture.....dress nicer than jeans and they want to know where you're interviewing.

Can I say I LOVE casual dress code??

I've been wearing mine almost all summer........

Dress appropriate to the company you are working for, that's all you need to do.

My company happens to be one where jeans, tshirts, shorts and flip flops are quite acceptable and hardly noticed.

But then, we're also one of the top companies to work for. Maybe there's a correlation????

I still remember the FIRST time I came around and I really don't want to relive that.

Or they want to know who died, because obviously the funeral is this afternoon.

Sounds like what I wore. We finally got to wear corduroy pants and then the dresses weren't seen around much.

No, that might actually make it worse.

Consider yourself lucky then. I saw a pair of imitation Crocs with little gemstones in them. I thought I was going to puke in my mouth.
