Esperanza Spalding, the woman singing and playing cello (or is that a bass?) at Obama's Nobel Prize thing (on right now). It's not that she has a nappy afro, that's a good thing. It's that somebody should have picked it out better and put some sheen on it.

I didn't watch the Nobel Prize Speech yet, but I'm glad she was involved. She's a great musician. (My BFF went to school with her).

FYI - She plays bass.

And the question is, why did Gilbert even have those guns to begin with? He certainly doesn't live in a dangerous place- heck, Great Falls, VA is one of those small, middle/upper class suburbs of DC that has a very, very low crime rate. In addition, his home is right on the main drag, and everyone knows where he lives, so I doubt that he would be a prime candidate for a break-in.
