So, if I start getting mean and I get banned, what's to stop me from just registering a new screenname (hotdamnimaphimuRETURNZ)? Because I think you can block IP addresses, but it's easy to just get a new IP address, si?

I wouldn't put it past her. She's shown an incredible amount of...determination? I'm not sure if that's the right word but I'm referring to the number of screen names she's created after repeatedly being banned, the extent to which she'll go to hound and irritate people, the "files" she keeps, the length of time it's been going on, and how out of touch with reality she seems to be...And all of these things indicate that she isn't very likely to have an active or fulfilling real life, which I think contributes to the likelihood she'll snap.
(On a side note, every time I even read the screen name "prune tacos" I get chills.)

Exactly. Normal people don't get banned from message boards and come back to harrass people. They just don't.
They also doin't go around keeping "files" on people.
This is one of the reasons why I try to limit the amount of personal info I put out here (i.e. mental health stuff, specifics about my family situation, photos, etc).
You never know what psycho is keeping a "file" on you.
