Does anyone know if LOST will be a 1 season only thingy? I can't see how they could stretch it to 2-3 seasons, know what I mean?
On another note, my prediction is that they will end the TV show, without adequately explaining everything, kind of like Twin Peaks.

According to ABC's Fall preview, Lost is coming back next season, taking over Alias's spot from this season (Alias is supposedly moving to 8pm Thursday night)

LOST will definitely be returning for a 2nd season. If you don't like spoilers, please feel free to bypass this post.
The second season of LOST will shift focus from the current cast of characters to the survivors from the back end of the plane. There are only 4 or 5 sruvivors among them, Rose's husband. That's the lady that was sitting next to Jack when the plane went down who keeps insisting that her husband survived. However, he disappeared into the jungle a few days after the crash though no actor has been cast for his role yet. Among the survivors from the back end is Michelle Rodriguez from S.W.A.T. fame. Now speculation & rumor is that when Michael, Walt, Sun, & Sawyer are out on the boat, the blip they see on the radar is in fact the survivors from the back half of the plane. There is much more but I don't know if I should post it or not b/c it is merely rumor for now.

I know! I told my husband that it sounded like freaking jurassic park! I'd be disappointed if dinosaurs magically appear on the island once a yr. LOL! The polar bear was okay because the kid manifested that from the comic book- at least that's my explanation, but where would the dinosaur freaking come from?

I got this from a friend who showed me that originally, this was part of the storyline that was cut for some reason for last nights episode. Grrr...I wish they would continue with it.
WARNING: Possible SPOILERS
Scene after Jack tells Michael he will get him some help to launch the raft:
Charlie and Claire watch Rousseau from a distance and worry. Charlie does his best to comfort the girl he cares so much for, but it's an uphill battle. Claire tells Charlie that, when she escaped from Ethan -- however she got away -- she knew they would come back for her. Charlie realizes something. "Is that why you haven't named the baby?" Claire's eyes fill with tears, but remain firmly fixed on Rousseau. She nods her answer.
::: WTF!?!?!?!
Scene after Sawyer's police station flashback and before his conversation with Jack:
Back at the beach, Claire asks Rousseau how she knows her. She can't place it, but she knows they have met before. But that's impossible, and Rousseau says as much. Claire tells her about Ethan kidnapping her, that she escaped, but she can't remember how. Rousseau ignores her and busies herself with the new hiking boots she has obviously liberated from the camp. Something seems to click inside Claire. "You saved me, didn't you? That's why I remember you, you saved me from him." Rousseau gives a quick look to Claire and then to the baby. "We have never met." And with that she walks away.
::: The scratches on Rousseau's arm must be from a struggle between herself, Claire, and Ethan

That would be super cheesy, unless Walt was able to "manifest" the dinosaurs as well, like he did the polar bear.
