Pi Kappa Phi has been suspended at Texas State University for a minimum of seven years. This is a result of an alleged assault (caught on tape) of a TSU student by members of the chapter. The chapter is appealing the decision.

The Sigma Chi chapter at the University of Wisconsin-Madison has surrendered their charter after a suspension from the university and other concerns. The chapter had been in existence since 1884.

Alpha Sigma Tau has been suspended at Bloomsburg University for a minimum of four years for RMF.
