It is rivalry week!
We most likely won't win the game, but that's okay since we actually graduate and don't have the former Lt. Governor of Illinois trash talking the Land Grant Institution while he is the president of an overgrown junior college.

We got an awesome email today about rivalry week. They are searching our bags at the dome and we cannot have anything that isn't a sealed clear water bottle. Email also included an awesome spelling error of "strickly" with strictly in the next sentence, oh dear.
Also not football, but Idaho is so evil even the Donkey cross country coach is taking tips from their president and smack talking us. I didn't realize there were rabid fans at Cross Country meets in a county park. Cross Country, SERIOUS business! He was reprimanded by the Western Athletic Conference for ironically, violating the Sportsmanship Code by saying, and I quote "their fans have very poor sportsmanship". Their men took the title, whereas the Idaho woman also took one.

Well that's about as close as I ever want to get to a nervous breakdown.  . 10 games down and 2 more (regular season) to go.

I have NO idea - I think they've gone so fast all season they've literally worn themselves out. I only check the score during the game and watch it in reruns (I WON'T be watching this one) because I superstiously believe if I start watching - they start losing. I actually left the house during the 3rd quarter and ran errands.
Oh well - a win is a win. It'll probably drop them to #2 but as long as they stay in the top 2 we're good. At least they can rest up before Arizona and it's thankfully at Autzen.
It could be worse. We could be the Beavers waking up today and trying to figure out how in the name of the football gods we just lost by 10 to WSU at HOME no less.  . Not that I'm feeling terribly sorry for them mind you.
