(Okay, background to set this up -- I am involved in a program to teach english in Japan and was assigned to my area randomly.) Okay, now, you know you're a Kappa when...
...you are sent to some random town in Japan and discover that the town's symbol is the blue iris and you think that it must be fate.
...you find yourself purchasing anything with a fleur-de-lis on it, even if you don't really need it.
...you begin to learn a foreign language and you look up Kappa-related words (key, iris, owl, etc.) so that you'll be able to use them if you need to.
...you watch Ashley Judd movies and look for any hidden Kappa symbols.
