*** Account Executives, Data Management Services, TSI
The Account Executive position is responsible for assisting in
maintaining the relationships between Target Service Bureau client
organizations and Target Software, Inc (TSI). This includes regular
and ad hoc client status calls; researching and reporting on open
support requests; facilitating additional requested services; manage
complex segmentation projects, using Team Approach query and outputs
tools and working toward overall client satisfaction with TSI. In
addition, this position will participate in ongoing project management
and consulting activities with new and existing service bureau clients,
including managing communications with clients; developing project
timelines; coordinating efforts of multi-person project teams;
performing business analysis to define and translate fundraising
practices to provide best practice recommendations; and advising
clients on how to manage their businesses in Team Approach.
*** Application Support Analyst, TSI
As an integral member of the Application Support team, the Application
Support Analyst provides both technical and functional aid to Target
Software’s (TSI) non-profit clients and its employees by fielding
support requests in a variety of areas related to Team Approach
including, but not limited to: usage and usability, software
configuration, Oracle Forms and Reports, PL/SQL programming, SQL
programming, and performance assessment and tuning. The Application
Support Analyst is expected to investigate, track, and resolve support
requests and questions with a positive customer service mentality. The
responsibilities of this position also include design and development
of bug fixes and enhancements in accordance with TSI’s release
schedule, utilizing the aforementioned Oracle development tools and
programming languages. Additionally, the Application Support Analyst
will participate in managing small-scale projects and will represent
Target at user meetings and conferences.
*** Conversion Programmer, TSI
The Conversion Programmer is responsible for writing, running, and
testing conversion code for Target Software's implementation projects.
This task involves analyzing data from a clients’ prior fundraising
system, determining the proper place for this data in Team Approach,
and using Account Data Upload to load the client's data into the Team
Approach database. The Conversion Programmer is responsible for
designing and developing any code changes to Account Data Upload to
handle the client's data, as well as writing any custom conversion code
needed for the project. In addition, the Conversion Programmer will be
responsible for testing, debugging, and tuning Account Data Upload and
any custom conversion code for optimal performance.
*** Production Analyst, Data Management Services, TSI
The responsibilities of the Production Analyst will include, but are
not limited to, managing daily, weekly and monthly production
operations, import and exporting the data files using Team Approach
processes, performing ad-hoc data imports, performing ad-hoc data
exports, supporting Account Manager by providing technical support,
checking the validity of the data files delivered to and received from
clients and vendors, facilitating transfer of all output files to
client or vendors using FTP application, managing vendor relationship,
investigating data issues to trouble shoot problems with production
tasks, and perform data manipulations using SQL to maintain the
integrity of the data.
*** Senior Software Developer, Software Development, TSI
The software development department at Target Software is responsible
for all enhancements to Team Approach, including requests from specific
clients, our general user community, and internally generated requests.
We perform tasks at every stage in the software development lifecycle,
from determining business requirements to quality control and
documentation. 5 or more years expertise developing software using
Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms (web-deployed). Familiarity with
advanced techniques: packages, collections, dynamic SQL, REF cursors,
recursion, overloading, and objects.
*** Systems Support Analyst, Technical Services, TSI
As an integral member of the Systems Support group, the Systems Support
Analyst provides technical aid to Target clients and its employees by
fielding support requests in a diverse number of technical arenas
including, but not limited to: systems administration, database
administration, software architecture, software upgrades and technical
consulting. The Systems Support Analyst is expected to rise to the
occasion and assist with (if not resolve) any miscellaneous technical
task, project or emergency that is not application-related such as
connectivity issues, network questions, hardware consulting, etc. The
Systems Support Analyst is also responsible for assisting with and/or
managing small to medium scope technical projects that involve internal
database and/or client software upgrades, hardware migrations, Oracle
software installations and other technical projects as needed. As a
member of the Support department, the Systems Support Analyst helps to
investigate, track, and resolve Team Approach application support
requests.
*** Trainer/Technical Writer, TSI
The Trainer/Technical Writer provides Team Approach (TA) training to
new and existing Target Software clients. For new Target Software
clients, the Trainer/Technical Writer works with an Implementation team
to ensure a client’s successful transition to TA. During an
Implementation project, the Trainer/Technical Writer presents a series
of training courses to demonstrate TA functionality to the client's
project team. The Trainer/Technical Writer may also participate in the
client's rollout user training as well as additional post-live training
that the client requests. The Trainer/Technical Writer will be
responsible for participating in the continuing development of training
materials and user documentation, including On-line Help files.
He/she will develop customized documentation as requested by Target
Software, Inc. clients and assist in the training of new staff.
*** Sales and Account Manager, TAG
This position involves managing a portfolio of roughly 100 current and
prospective nonprofit clients. In addition to their sales and account
management responsibilities, Sales & Account Managers work closely with
Product Managers and the Client Data Services team to ensure that our
products and services are meeting client needs and expectations.
Identify, manage and sell to a portfolio of clients and prospective
clients. Assess client needs and recognize opportunities for enhanced
services and sales. Research and communicate new services ideas and
enhancements to existing services.
*** Office Administrator, TAG/TSI
This position has responsibility for assisting the Office Manager with
the daily facility operations of both Target companies. The Office
Administrator is responsible for the front office activities, including
the reception area, supporting as the day-to-day administrative support
for the office staff, and serving as a resource and problem solver.
The Office Administrator will greet visitors and vendors, answer a
multi-line telephone system, and handle conference room scheduling.
Required hours: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
*** Marketing Associate, TAG/TSI
The Marketing Associate reports to the Director of Marketing and
participates in the development, production, and distribution of
marketing materials and communications via traditional mail, email,
fax, trade advertising, client meetings, conferences, and websites.
