It'd be a great movie.

I don't see how they couldn't do it, considering the fact that everything that touches this series has basically turned to gold.

Yay thats great! I could never get enough of that series.

On another LOTR note, Boston's Museum of Science is going to host the LOTR exhibit in August!!! I cant wait since I will be back home in Boston then too. Apparently they are going to have props from the movies and exhibits on how they shortened the hobbit actors, etc! Theres more information on the museum's website. www.mos.org.

Sidenote: Just my luck to the minute I leave my job at the museum and move out to CA, they bring the best exhibit ever. I could have gone for free! Oh well I'm still going.

There is really no reason to sign the petition.... The movie has always been planned, but legal issues have delayed the start of production.

Sadly, all Tolkien nerds (myself included) will have a long wait until the movie begins filming. Damn those lawyers.

The Hobbit to film in 3-4 YEARS!!!
