Heh, even mods can't delete accounts yo.

A mod wanted to get rid of her account a few months ago and had to ask John to do it, but he never did. I don't think he ever does...just for problem people, anyway.

I think she's been scared away.

I can only image signing up.. after maybe lurking a little.. and suddenly everyone is discussing me....LOL i think it would freak me out a lil.

thinking back i wonder if anyone discussed my name when i signed up...

I find this all intriguing... but on a side note:

When a person signs up for GC, doesn't he/she have to confirm her account? Via email? I remember when I first signed up, my SN was listed on the new member list even though I hadn't received an email from admin saying I could "officially" post yet.

So maybe this frightened newbie to GC never confirmed that one account, but the database saw a new screen name in it.

Or something...

Does that even happen? Maybe I'm just talking out of my behind but it's the only reason I can think of for someone's name disappearing.

IHE claimed she was a DZ.

mullet claimed she was an Alpha Xi.

DGqueen claimed she was a DG.

None of these GCers were actually members of these sororities. Once they were "outed" they never returned to explain or defend themselves.
