It is a rumor that they are Zetas. April from Sam Houston State and Jennifer from Baylor. Can't seem to confirm it even though I'm a Zeta.

Someone said on our website forum that they were able to find April. I haven't been able to find Jennifer though. Not for trying though!

It is confirmed that April and Jennifer are Zetas. Tonight's show has pictures of April and a couple of sorority sisters in ZTA jerseys.

On this season's Amazing Race, they keep refering to the two guys at "Frat Guys". Does anyone know which fraternity they are members?

They aren't -- it's just a tag they got early on in the race. They went to a community college, and apparently they didn't finish. As one of the commentators on RealityNewsOnline.com put it when commenting on Ray saying (in Insider video clips) that it was stupid for them to be called "frats" when they didn't even finish college, "being a frat is as much a state of mind as it is a college degree."
