BBC: Republicans preparing to disrupt voting?

I think this is someone from the BBC blowing something out of proportion that they don't know anything about. It's a frigging voter list. Of course she refused to say it wouldn't be used to challenge anyone - if someone who looks to be about 24 comes in and according to their info they're 75, I damn sure hope someone challenges them.
