I'd wondered when Tom's stay at home dad thing would start to effect him. "Emasculated"? Wasn't he the one who told Lynnette that he didn't want to work anymore?

that is exactly the same thing I said - I was like umm dude weren't you the one who said you wanted to stay home . . make up your mind! if anything was less than masculine was him acting like a big baby about taking care of the kids when they had chicken pox . . .

Acutally, the forgivness was for Lynette interfering with Tom's promotion from last season. She talked to his boss' wife who talked to her husband and he took the promotion from Tom and ( I think) he gave it to Tom's ex-girlfriend. When he found out that Lynnette was behind it, he decided to be Mr. Mom.

My bets are still on Gabby....but I am a surprised a smidgen she wants to be a mommy now..

The Applewhites: Betty is straight gangsta...she smacked the taste out of her son's mouth (like a Black Momma would). I am just mad she got the drop on Bree so now she can bogard her way into the poker game. Caleb is gonna try to do something to Bree's daughter at some point. (Is it me or are her sons really 'old' looking teenagers?)

Lynnette: proud of you for truly apologizing to Tom..now who is gonna take care of those heathenistic kids of yours?
