Yes. He gave his chapter over 8.5 million dollars. They did a complete restoration of the existing house that Beta built in 1929. The house is located at 220 North Burrowes Street in State College, PA. The house can be viewed from the street via Google maps.

Thanks for the look at houses. If I'm not mistaken, that magnificent TKE house is actually the SAE house at Missouri, a former Governor's mansion. I don't know why the SAEs aren't there - probably hazing because that's what usually brings chapters down. I'm sure SAE will be back soon.

The most beautiful fraternity house I have ever seen, and I've seen hundreds on campuses all across the country, is the Sigma Pi house at Penn State. It looks like a Sherwood Forest castle from a fairy tale. That's an unmanly description I know, but its just stunning at twilight.
