Please, please remember that BAB will only
donate a bear for raffle if it's for a NON-PROFIT organization!! We held our BAB raffle for almost 10 years before we realized this, and we've been able to deck out a bear for as little as $30.
My own suggestion is to have a theme in mind, one that goes with the idea of the organization holding the raffle and the organization which will profit. For example, since we do ours for a soccer organization, we dress the bear of the year in whatever our party theme is (this year, it's Olympic & American Spirit), but we also include a soccer uniform kit.
If you're doing this for Ronald McDonald House, you might want to have a Doctor or Nurse Pain-Free Bear, along with the ADPi t-shirt.
