Smile Wonderful sisterhood

Two weeks ago my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer. The night I found out one of my sisters called me out of the blue. She had no clue what was going on, but in my time of need she was there for me without even knowing. I love the sisterhood of SAI. I don't know what I would do without it.

Oh girl, I hear ya on the sisterhood! It's what I love so much about SAI. Now I can share my sisterhood story.

Me and a few other sisters went camping the last few days. Me and one sister went in my car, and two others followed behind in seperate cars. In a construction zone on the way there I stopped, and Crystal tried to but her brakes went out...and she rear-ended Staci, totalling her car. There was no fighting, no yelling, no hard feelings...they just comforted each other and worked together to figure out what to do. The rest of the weekend went as planned and we all had fun.

All I can say is, I'm glad SAIs have enough sisterly love that not even having your car totalled by a sis can destroy our bonds!

My grandfather has a rare form of bone cancer. He is going through chemo right now and if that is successful he will still have to have a bone marrow transplant. Thanks!!!

SAI's are a truely special group of people. I am glad everything worked out for your chapter sisters. I know I couldn't live without some of mine!

Well, that is going to be hard for your grandfather...but he can beat this. My dad had colon cancer about 10 years ago, and I remember how terrified I was. He's completely fine now. But my point is, if you need to talk to anyone about this, you can talk to me, because I understand, and I'll listen. *hugs*

Thank you. It means so much to have this support at this difficult time. A lot of my friends from school simply haven't been there for me. Just hearing kind and uplifting words means so much to me.

That is what sisterhood is all about!
