Okay, the one I miss the most....my all time favorite:

Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman

I loved loved LOOOOVED that show. Watched it from day one until the last episode. The thing that sucked was that they didn't know it was getting cancelled, and the last season ended with cliffhangers. But seriously, I think it was the best show ever. Whenever I can find it in reruns I watch it. ANYONE else on here but me miss it?

Others:

CARTOONS:
--Cartoon Planet (gotta love Brak!)
--Rainbow Brite

ACTUAL SHOWS
--Touched by an Angel (don't laugh...the last 2 seasons were horrible, but all the ones before were so touching and awesome.)

--Byrds of Paradise

--Hey Dude (watched it ALL THE TIME as a kid) and all the other old school Nickelodeon shows

--Phenom

--Due South

--Parker Lewis Can't Lose

One more recent one:

X-Men: Evolution

One of your more intelligent, yet OK for kids animated series in recent years.

I loved Nickelodeon shows too! Salute Your Shorts was great! I used to get in trouble for watching it...

I also Loved the show Pacific Blue... Mario Lopez is SO hot! I never got into watching Angel, although David Boreanaz is VERY nice to look at!

Whose Line is awesome too. I just about die laughing. Even though I've seen most episodes 50 million times :-) The one with Richard Simmons was creepy!

I'll second that.

I'll miss Pan Am, too.
Oh, and Brothers & Sisters.
And Harry's Law.

I remember being bummed that both Surface and Invasion were cancelled. They were each on for only one season, so it's hard to call either of them 'favorite' shows, but still...

This thread is full of LOLz. A bunch of shows I haven't heard of...makes you realize how temporary TV programming is today. As for shows I watched faithfully and remember being upset when they were cancelled:

- My So Called Life - only failed because the network put it in the same time slot as Friends!
- Growing Pains
- Dallas
- Cosby Show
- Arsenio Hall
- Double Dare - oh how I wanted to be on that show!
- Felicity - along with MSCL the only series I own on DVD
- Jericho (might be getting a second life as an original series on Netflix!)
- Law & Order

Wait, L&O is cancelled? The original or all incarnations?

The original/flagship. That is why I watch the marathons almost everyday. I blame Anthony Anderson for its downfall. LOL.

Here's the deal, the Cancellation Gods could've had L&O Criminal Intent and let us keep L&O. The only good ones are L&O and L&O SVU.

Since this got bumped...

I'll add Stargate SG-1 to my list. It was still on the air when I posted my original list in '04. SG-1 was definitely one of those shows that was cancelled after it really should have been cancelled. Everything was wrapped up nicely at the end of season 8, but no ... they had to make money. So they invented a new enemy, pulled over a couple of folks from Farscape, and tried to keep the show going with an almost-all-new SG-1 team. It didn't work, IMO.

I wasn't crazy about Stargate Atlantis or Stargate Universe.

Speaking of Farscape, I can't believe I didn't list it the first time around.

ETA:

Andromeda
Dollhouse

I still miss Northern Exposure. I liked Men in Trees because it was sort of like Northern Exposure, but not as good. I was mad when ABC cancelled that 2-3 years ago.

This is why I like HBO. You know they're going to finish each season, and generally, they stick with a show once they've decided to air it.

I am happy that Grimm and Castle were renewed. GCB is the only disappointment so far this season for me.
