I didn't even bother watching FL at all. I simply wasn't interested.
That being said, if they bring back SL, I hope it'll have the same appeal as it did the first season.

In the past two years SigmaAEPi has colonized on at least six other
campuses.
They played MTV's game and got what they wanted out of it.
Those women have my respect.

Good for them! Give them our regards.
Maybe MTV should just go ack and do them again . . most of the girls will be gone anyway.

I thought they wanted to stay small??
I personally wouldn't mind seeing another season of Sorority or Fraternity Life. I find it quite entertaining. And for some sssstrange reason I'd be really interested to see a predominately Black or Latino organization on there.

Yeah, they have a chapter at my school now (Univ. of Minnesota)...
Its kinda of funny, because my sorority and there's both use the colors blue and gold, and both call themselves "Sigmas".
Anyway, I think SL/FL is pure comedy! And if people really judge the greek community by what they see on tv, then maybe they shouldn't go greek in the first place!

SL1 was a good show, but the other 2 SLs were just bad. As I've said before, SL1 was the most realistic of the three. Yeah, the girls were sorta bitchy and drank a lot and danced like sluts sometimes, but guess what, there is always a few in every chapter! If they brought us another season like SL1, I'd watch.

I have to agree with this. I did enjoy the first season. It did have MTV's trademark "edit it for the train wrecks" on it, but not as badly as the other seasons. Some of the issues that came up for the PNM's and active sisters about each other were ones that my own chapter experienced while I was an active.
But yeah... Buffalo's melodrama bored me quickly. I think I watched about half of the season before dropping out. I never saw USC or Florida... I didn't even know they made any after Buffalo!

Yep, they're doing it again. I'm not sure when it's going to air, but I run the website at ECU for Kappa Delta and I've had numerous emails from MTV asking us to take part in it.
Also, one of my friends who works PR for MTV said they've filmed another season of Sorority Girls, so that should be airing SOMETIME.

How can that be though (them sending your chapter direct emails)? The fine folks at MTV know of the NPC's official policy regarding SORORITY LIFE, and how each of the 26 organizations are forbidden from taking part in it.
I just find it odd that they're contacting your chapter directly.

Yep, they actually came to campus this Spring and tried to talk to all the chapters. Panhellenic of course threw a fit and everyone was forbidden to talk to them. They were really big on trying to get Tri Sigma here. It was crazy. Our campus paper covered the story I think. I'll try and find it sometime.
