Chump Senior Member?
Everyone on here went through the process of being on GC!
Mods are just people too, not robotrons who answer questions.
As CrimsonTide4 said, Mods can only Moderate those threads that they are Moderators of. We are all leary about deleting any posts or threads without a concentiouse of opion. The Admministrater has the final say and will be abided by everyone on GC!
Edited to add, You as the individual poster can edit your post.

If she was not initiated before the chapter's charter was lifted, not only could she pledge an NPHC group, but she could also pledge another NPC group the day after it happened if she wanted. The closure of a chapter immediately "breaks her pledge."

not to be completely clueless, but I don't understand the point of posting all this on an open forum unless you want to out this girl. I really don't think it is any of your business, it is between the Delta ladies and this girl.

something I noticed...
you've also stated in past posts where you went to school... if you're trying to protect identities, you might want to go back and edit some of your past posts too

So if that's the proof your'e going from, you don't have any reason to think that the young lady in question is initiated.
ETA: OP (original poster) if you're not in a sorority yourself (which it doesn't appear you are from your other posts on GC), you really should stay out of this. It isn't any of your business, especially if you don't know what really happened. It's more perpetuating gossip than anything else.

Why the hell are people giving this person a hard time because she is concerned about the integrity of Greek Life? I think we should be applauding this person.

Um, when you're giving enough identifying information about the person "in question" that people can figure out who they are by conducting a simple google search, that crosses the line. Especially when you don't have much info at all- not even knowing if they had been initiated or not. That's just creating gossip.

KD is right. If I was truly interested, the amount of information she's given could easily lead me to call or contact the chapter and inquire about this young lady. It would have been MUCH easier to just contact someone in the chapter or the young lady herself instead of bringing this here.

sweetnessfromga,
As no one else seems interested in answering THIS question, you can delete this entire thread by clicking on your first post in the thread, clicking on edit and following the prompts that will allow you to delete the entire thread.
FYI: If you are the original poster of a thread, you can delete the entire thread.
You can also edit any post you make on any thread simply by clicking edit on your post.

Just a correction - the thread deletion feature (via deletion of original post) by the person who started it (unless they're a mod) is disabled by the site administrator.
HOWEVER, you can still as adpiucf said click edit on your first post or any post while logged in, then remove any/all words. Posts can be deleted by the person who posted them if they are not the originating post in a thread.
eta: but yep, you can from the main Greek Life page click on the moderator names (amycat/ZetaAce) and then send user a pm to make a thread deletion request.
eta2: If identifying info has been posted carelessly then maybe whoever posted it won't get a job in military intelligence or the CIA; but then hey, neither will I! I'm sure no malice was intended by the poster at any point; so wouldn't want her to get heavy backlash. [Not suggesting anyone has been esp. unkind to her necessarily either, just making a general comment].
added later: By the time I'd finished typing those edits above, OohTeenyWahine has said what I was trying to get across above much more elegantly anyway.

I was just going to point out that it doesn't allow you to delete your own post if it's the first one in the thread.
Editing your posts is pointless if people end up quoting you anyway.
Guys, she's realized the error of her ways. And got the feedback she wanted. Be the better person and just leave her alone.

She came here asking for advice and some people chewed her out. That is my problem. This has happened before on other threads where the person asking is chewed out for their question, looking for advice. We need to stop this.
I very much agree that this thread needs to be deleted or closed down.

I didn't read that as asking for advice. What I read was someone basically going oh y'all this girl just ABANDONED her Chi Omega sisters after the chapter got closed and is now a Delta. I don't know the circumstances anymore than anyone on the board OTHER than what she has stated and that is where I think most posters are having a problem. If her campus is that small and she knew members of Chi Omega wouldn't it have been easier to approach them privately as opposed to posting on this board and then not really hiding what school/chapter she was referring to. At best it could have been if someone left an NPC and tried to join a NPHC what would happen. But the very specific identification of the "new members" and organizations are not allowing the "accused" their moment of privacy either.
Not trying to attack her by any means, it just seems it could have been handled better.
