has anyone seen faith's new video for her song entitled, "i love you?" well, i did and i must say that although i love the song, the video leaves much to be desired. faith never seemed to try to come off as "sexy" in her videos to me and in this one, it seems like she is trying tooooo hard to be sexy.

I, too, get the impression that Faith is trying to be sexy. Not that it doesn't work, but if she were wearing something better, then maybe. I hope that her kids don't see this video. I still love the song though.

I peeped her newest video last night on 106 & Park for "How Come You Don't Call Me."

I like it. I was on the phone so I missed it but from what I saw I liked.

His song is called 2 Way -- but it should be called "It Takes 2 -- 2K2 Version Whoadie."

One thing fa sho Lil Romeo does not miss a day of dancing and b-ball practice or his appointments with his braidologist.

Prolly cuz they used to be street pharmacists, so every thing they bought, they put in Mom's name, so it couldn't be confiscated.

TRUTH HURTS' song and video. I like her look as well.

Terrance Da'Shon Howard, why do they always have brothaman playing a villain. He still sexy though with his menacing looks.

Alicia's video is cute and I can definitely understand her laying in bed, phone rings, it's not HIM, you don't answer.

I am loving the Lil Bow Wow song -- he had me singing it this morning as I brushed my teefs.

This week I have seen more videos than I have in a good little while in one setting. You know what makes it so hard to watch some of these videos??? FREEEEEEEEE -- she really works my nether regions something fierce. She did before she "pyramided the world"

this week but now she has taken my dislike of her commentary skills to a whole nother level?

now, i think that boy is adorable and he can do the harlem shake really well, but, what is up with those grown a$$ women in his video? you see that one chick with a whip? what is the goings ons?

nappy roots: i don't think it is a marketing gimmick. from looking at their video, i truly believe that them boys are kentucky-fried country!

i hate ashanti's voice because i feel she has no talent but her video is so cute. it goes with the song. but, if i see that video just 82 more times, i think i'll scream!!!

i love musiq's new song and video. and is it just me or is he looking better? maybe it's the hair cut.

i may have addressed this in the B2K thread, i can't remember, but why are them boys dancing they butt off to a slow song?

that's all i got for now...

Have you heard her CD? I heard it on the way back from Charlotte and while her "skits"

make my head hurt, the last song "THANK YOU (doubt that is the title) showcases her voice rather nicely.

1) Well MeezDiscreet, I agree with you on everything you stated. Lil Bow Wow (or Bow Wow since he is 15 now) is definitely a cutie, but most of them girls/women were not so cute, especially the girls (it was like two of them or something) with the jacked up ears looking like Dumbo was their long lost relative. And why did the director put them ugly @$$ lil girls in the video anyway?

2) I looooove the Nappy Roots song, the hook is infectious!!!

3) B2K look like they just came out of the lil girls' closet and they aren't that cute to me. They don't even look talented.

4) musiq has always been a cutie to me since his first video. I think he needs to smile more often and show off his pearly whites. When he first came out, I wasn't feeling the hair; it made him look like a lion. But the headwraps did him some justice. Now his short haircut makes him look like a lil boy with a birdchest, but he's still cute.

5) And last but not least, Ms. Ashanti. I heard on more than one occasion that her album sucks. But if it sucks so much, don't you think that the people who bought the d@mn thing would've told their friends and family not to waste their money and buy it? Well, that's what people get for buying an album for one song.

I think the members of 3LW are a little too young to have a song/video with Naughty by Nature. I like the song but when I watch the video I can't get over the age difference and how they're trying to look sexy. Especially the scene where Treach is with one of the girls. I just don't understand.

I was NOT feelin the Cam'ron video a'tall! It seemed like just another rap video with hoes and bling bling. Nothing special, and the song is not good enough for me to want to sit through tat garbage.

Can someone tell me why the hell Naughty by Nature has a song out AT ALL? Can they not just let it go? PLEASE. I swear, we need to see some of these rappers just go out gracefully. The attempt to be youthful with 3LW is just a liiiiiil too R. Kelly, if ya know what I mean!

I really haven't seen that many videos of late (since MTV NEVER shows videos anymore before 2 am) so that's it for me!

Oh Boy (Cam'Ron): The beat is hot. And Cam is a LOT cuter than he used to be... but I'm mad they're making "Oh Boy" into a real cologne. I'm also mad I had to sound out "CO-LOG-NEE" in my head to spell that.

Feels Good (Naughty By Nature): I like it, although I think 3LW is doing too much in the video. My favorite part is the very beginning... "Oh, where's my kittycat, where's my kittycat at?" LMAO.... shut up.

Just a Friend 2000 (Mario): Please tell me you've seen it. Somebody. Anybody. I am really digging the beat and there is something fresh and appealing about the video.

How Come You Don't Call Me (Alicia): You know how you get a CD and jam a song so long that by the time it comes out you're sick of it? Yeah, pretty much. But I watch it every time just to see the end. "Can you hear me? Can you hear me? Can you hear me? I got hit by a BUS today, baby!!!" CTFU...

Two Wrongs (Wyclef feat. Claudette Ortiz): I really like this song. Claudette is the chick from City High, and I really like her voice. The video is beautiful, except that Wyclef looks (to steal Melody's word) a little GRUSTY, to say the least.

How It's Gonna Be (LovHer): I don't think I like this song. I know I don't like the video. I can't believe Wesley Jonathan trying to be thugged out.. negro please. YOU WILL FOREVER BE OL' DUDE FROM "City Guys" ON NBC SATURDAY MORNINGS. Who is he trying to fool??

Down 4 U (JaRule, Ashanti, Charli Baltimore & Vita): I kinda like the song. As for the video, it's pretty much all about Ja & Ashanti. If I were Charli or Vita, I would be plenty pissed - they seem like they were an afterthought or something. And the throwing up of the SGRho/Murder Inc. sign is getting out of hand.

Day & Night (Issys feat. Jadakiss): I really like this song AND video.

Addictive (Truth Hurts): As my link would say, "This is my CUT!!" I'ma be a bellydancer yet.

Gimme (Jill Scott): LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT.

My Jacket (The Hamptons): This is a chitty mess. And the thing is.. I think they might actually think they are sexy.

I know this is already lengthy, but I have a question. I check the website for 106 & Park every now and then just to see what new videos are out. There's a bunch of new ones to be voted on, so I'm assuming they've been new joints at some point or another. Any of y'all seen:

okay, so when i saw that it was another little kid, i would change the channel. then one day, there was nothing else worth watching and in a fit of boredom i sat up and watched b.e.t. all day. i saw this video and as much as i tried not to, i fell in love with it! it is such a cute little song and the video reminds me of new edition. (not sure why, but it just does)
