I can't help you with the project, but I do have an AGD piano story.
In 1973 (or 74), James Taylor played a concert at Ohio University. A Steinway was not available in the hall and Taylor insisted on a Steinway. Alpha Gam's Zeta Chapter happened to have a Steinway. They rented it to the University for the concert and used the income to redecorate their living room!
