My dream job is the be an international tour guide. I got the travel bug about 2 years ago...but it hasn't gone away I would love to live out of my suitcase

Another job I'm really considering is teaching ESL. I've looked into the Peace Corps actually, something I'm considering after college.

I'm doing what I've always wanted to do, ever since I was a kid. I've always wanted to be a car designer and that's what I'm doing. I have my dream job/career. There was a short time I wanted to be an F1 driver, though.

I've always wanted to be a Rockette. Unfortunately, I grew up to be taller than 5' 10'' 1/2 height maximum. Guess I'll have to settle for coaching high school poms instead.

Actually, I really love teaching and coaching. At this point in my life, I'm not sure what else I'd do.

I always wanted to do something art-related. I'm a graphic designer now, but it's not as glamorous as I had thought it would be. I'd like to run a fashion magazine. Or be a cowgirl.

I always wanted to be either a Travel Photographer, a Movie Director, or a Video Games Tester.

My dream job is to play Ariel in The Little Mermaid on Ice.

Full-time coach.

Although I like the "social media expert" idea.

I also wish I could come up with a good idea for a novel...

I wanted to be a high school math teacher...but after observing the classes at local highschool... NO THANKS.

Now I'm teaching part-time at local community college. This is my dream job.

What's ironic about that post is that he doesn't know the difference between "your" and "you're" yet, he has the audacity to call you out and claim you are the stupid one. Hahahaha, irony makes my day. Good for you! In fact, one of my dreams is to one day teach at a university (whether it be community college or not). I think that is great that you are doing what you love!

Thank you for the comment. I find it funny that many people say "If you can't do, you teach." I'm currently teaching math 104 at my school and it is really hard to have every student understand the material. Everyone learns differently and it is up to us teachers to TRY teach in a way that HOPEFULLY will cater to everyone.

The lower level the class, the harder to teach because they don't have a solid background. Heck, I have some students that have a hard time adding and subtracting....

My job is not just about teaching them how to add or subtract, but to teach them how to problem-solve, how to read between the lines when given information to be sorted out. When you're at a job, your boss is not going to say "calculate this". The man is going to say "here's a bunch of stuff, give me an analysis of the overall status".

I give props to all teachers that work diligently to help their students.

Sorry for the long ass post.

Hey, you don't have to apologize for having a long post. You are entitled to be proud of what you do! Sorry that troll was such a jerk. I think it's great whenever someone takes pride in what they do. I love what I do and I'm damn good at it! I say keep up the great attitude and your students are very lucky to have someone who actually cares to help them learn! Greek love to all my fellow Greeks!
