i'm a huge fan of the usc trojans and while it's great to be ranked #2 in the all important bcs, oklahoma is scary as all get out. they look like a pro team, running, throwing and basically destroying all these teams. unless a team plays the game of their life against them, the sooners will be hard to beat.

Wisconsin BUSTED MIchigan State today. And we needed it. The only reason the game was even as close as it was is because we brought in all the second stringers for the fourth quarter; otherwise we easily would have broken 60 points.

College football has been so weird this season. It seems like every other game is an upset and all the teams that are supposed to be good keep losing to bad teams. In the big ten alone the rankings have been absolute madness -- so many teams have been in and out of the top 25, have lost to much worse teams. I think it's pretty clear that overall Oklahoma/USC is a guaranteed #1/#2 and that no one can touch Oklahoma, but beyond that it's ALL up in the air.

Pitt-WVU

DAMN good game so far. Tied 24-24 at the half.

Our receivers are making amazing catches in double and triple coverage.

The punt returns have been huge for both sides, not sure what's up with that.

Very entertaining game, turn it on for the second half!

Ohio St can still pass USC into the #2 spot even if both teams win out but it all depends on the computer vote. I think Michigan will beat Ohio St next week though.

I watched that game. Great first half for Pitt and Fitzgerald. WVU really handled him in the 2nd half, almost shutting him down. Being and Oklahoma fan and pulling for White to win the Heisman, I was pretty nauseated by the lovefest for Fitzgerald. Halfway expected them to say something like:

"Fitzgerald is the best receiver to ever play the game, watch on his next catch, he'll score 3 touchdowns and tie this game back up".

Was a serious Fitz lovefest. Harldy a mention of the team that was 25 points up except that they had fireproofed the campus and were taking down the goalposts after the game. East coast bias much?

NO!

Mizzou is great under Brad Smith. Hopefully, they can recruit some talent and become a more dominant force in the North.

I'll be surprised not to see them playing OU for the Big XII championship.

Don't get me wrong, I think Brad Smith is phenomenal....but this year when we lost, we played like ^($*%@#*...Brad is awesome but we don't have a lot going for the rest of our team.
