I would have updated earlier, but I had a done of homework and laundry that needed to be done since I had spent all day at my new chapter, Pisces...

And I'm pleased to announce I am a new memeber of...

Delta Delta Delta


Sugar and Spice you need to PM me who you are! I wanted to ask around for you today, but I was so swept up in all the talking I never got a chance.

Today was amazing...

We met in out Rho Chi groups one last time. Besides myself, another junior and sophmore all pref and ranked TriDelta first. We all waited to open our bid envelopes and were like little kids on Christmas morning! All the groups then headed to the Union theater where we met our pledge class and had the Rho Chi's reveal their letters.

Then we learned a quick cheer as we headed down Langdon street where the house is located. The girls did an awesome job chalking up the sidewalk for us! As we were walking back a motorcade of mopeds and a jeep came driving up...and as we looked closer they had hired Bucky Badger (school mascot) and he was hanging out in the Jeep! I cannot even relate how AMAZED and IMPRESSED at this. I heart my school and I love Bucky!

Our Bid Day shirts were the sweetest! They were pink with black lettering that said Deltas in the City and had a little Madison skyline with the capitol bulding. They even rhinestoned the letters!

We spent the rest of the day taking pictures and having a quick new memeber meeting before heading downstairs for an early dinner which was YUMMY! After filling up, we had an option of choosing a den on one of the floors that was showing a season of 'Sex in the City'. It was alot of fun and I stayed for about 3 episodes before I finally went home to nap and begin homework!

Now I'm sure you all want to know who was who in my rush thread...

Alpha Chi Omega- Virgo
Alpha Epsilon Phi-Sagittarius
Alpha Phi- Capricorn
Chi Omega- Aquarius
Delta Gamma- Aries
Gamma Phi Beta- Taurus
Kappa Alpha Theta- Gemini
Kappa Kappa Gamma- Leo
Pi Beta Phi- Libra
Sigma Delta Tau- Scorpio

And if you hadn't noticed already, Pisces is the fish of the Zodiac...and while Dolphins are really mammals I think they are still fishies too me

A total coincidence that I gave Tri-Delta the Pisces name...I promise!

Thank you all again for being so supportive and being my cheerleading squad through this whole process! See you on the boards!!!!
