GMU rush usually isn't held until roughly 6 weeks after school starts. Last year it was held the weekend of Sept. 23rd. I don't know when it's planned for this year.

My fun will begin the days that summer school lets out and I get to enjoy some well deserved time off before rush begins. (1 week. Whoo freakin hoo.  )
I can't wait to find out who my rho sigma is! That's what I'm excited about for the moment, since it's actually closer than rush.

Ice Water Teas: August 13-14
Philanthropy Day: August 15
Skit Day: August 16
Serious Night: August 17
Bid Day: August 18
Convocation is held on the 12th. There are 15 NPC sororities.

SMU - deferred January 6-10 (I believe)
SWTSU - ???
Stephen F. Austin - August 29 - Sept 2
Tarleton - September 10-13
TCU August 19-26
Texas A&M August 24-29
Texas Tech - August 24-29
UH - September 10-14
UNT - August 19-23
University of Texas - August 20-26
UT Arlington - September 2 - 6

University of Nebraska (For Amelie03)
Starts Monday August 18th: Open House
Tuesday: 1st Round (8 parties)
Wednesday: 2nd Round (5 Parties)
Thursday: Pref (3 parties) <-----this is the day I like because the sorority girls are released and able to go party! And after two weeks of lockdown, boy are they ready for it too.
Friday: Bid Day <----sucks as all the houses have New member activities, but luckily the band Cursive will be playing a free concert that night on campus.
