Question for fellow Brothers!

Brothers,

This is Jamie Olson, from the Epsilon Delta Chapter. For those of your that don't know the story, Greek Life at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island has a current cap on expansion of Greek Organizations. This cap is for a 3-year period and while the grace period has not ended to a numbner of people within the chapter and within other recognized chapters within the school, many feel we should be recognized. Will this happen? That is up in the air. We keep a positive relationship with the organizations on campus and reguarly visit the school's Greek Advisor to keep her up to date on our activity within the Providence community and awards and such that we have won through nationals. It just seems as if conversations don't get anywhere. I was just curious if any of knew of this situation or been in a situation similiar to this or have any ideas on why schools do not want to expand Greek Life on their campuses. If any of you have any thoughts or comments feel free to let me know or send me an e-mail at jolson@samjwu.org

Fraternally Yours,

James Olson
