Anybody else love that show and love the Whammy???

I got a free t-shirt with a cute whammy on it today!

The Game Show Network has been touring through some cities doing a quiz show thing that you can win $10,000 towards your education. So my friend Lisa and I went to the mall it was at this afternoon.

I made it past the first round and up on stage... got beat by some nerdy guy who you could just totally tell did these things all the time. Won a video game (which i'm in the process of trying to resell on half.com or ebay!) and this t-shirt, got a bunch of other free things.

Let me tell you- if you ever hear anyone bitch about the buzzers on game shows- THEY SUCK! I knew almost all the answers, but i couldn't buzz in in time (no, NOT just an excuse!).

Oh, and I got to meet Todd Newton. He used to host some stuff on E! and now hosts one of the games on the game show network. He's definately a sleazeball- he was giving little shoulder massages to his female coworkers when he wasn't on stage. Ewww..... and he knows my name now b/c it got called several times...... i avoided all eye contact with him if possible.

I have to admit, Whammy is addicting. I watched it for like ever on the game show network. Did you hear about the guy that memorized the patterns and won a buncha money on there? Pretty smart move...

I loved that show! I used to race home from school to catch it... right before another favorite game show-- Scrabble!

Holy crap, I was just thinking about that show last night! I love that show!! They should bring it back!!!

it's always on the game show network.. i used to watch it all the time and now i'm starting to again!

I watch the show here in cleveland before Adelphia took it away from basic cable and put it on their digital cable system I miss it.
