My waitress friend told me about this hilarious site! Even if you don't work in the foodservice industry, check it out. It will make you think twice about being rude to your waiter...
That was great. I haven't worked in food service since college (thank God!) & that reminded me of the many reasons I hope I never work in food service again.
There's a similar site called bitter waitress that's entertaining, too.
