You should probably let your house corp decide on that stuff. If you don't have one your HQ probably wants you to have one and can faciliate you forming one. This would ensure that continued ownership/operation of the chapter house wouldn't depend on the financial stability of your chapter. There are tons of other great reasons to do it.
If it were me it be in the Constitution. I would individually address each office and its relationship with the house corp. The house corp should form on its own and be composed of alums.
