A Jelly Bellie Doll, the Bionic Woman Action Figure, and of course, Black Barbie.
I also spent a lot of hours playing with my Etch-A-Sketch!

Sorhor Ninjapoodle,
That's not a toy (Ouji board) I don't touch things that deal with the spiritual realm and not of God! Wow! I blown away! My mother wouldn't let me bring anything of that nature in my house.

Soror SS22,
i didn't own one but my best friend did and I knew she was faking it when we played with the thing. I thought it was funny then. All the girls in the circle would believe what she was doing. When I was at summer camp, some girls brought their board from home. It was fun to scare some of the other kids but I knew it was fake.
My mini ouji remindes me of the fun I had at camp and the siliness of it all!
I don't think my parents even knew what a Ouji board is let alone the majority of the toys that were out there at that time.

WoW!
OK Y'all are bringing out the MEM-O-RIES!!!!!
@Eclipse & Gina1201, *raising hand* I was a little nerd too. I used to love the school book fairs. I almost forgot about those until y'all brought it up. I love to read.
@SigmaDiva, I am SO mad you (and all of y'all who) cut barbie's hair! I had a whole slew of barbies and would go over my friend's house to have barbie parties in the Barbie SUV. I also had her Old School Ice Cream Parlor that actually made ice cream
Oooh! That reminds me, do y'all remember that Snoopy Snow Cone Maker?! LOL!
What about the board games like Hungry Hungry Hippo, man I loved that, or Shutes(sp?) and Ladders, Trouble....
What about collecting all the Jelly Bracelets?
Memories.....

Sorhors,
Now I know that you all remember candyland, twister, roller skates, and the Betty Crocker Easy Bake Toy Ovens. I remember my sister, who is also a sorhor, putting playdoh and crayons in the oven and making a messy of things. Those truly were the good ole' days.

Sorhors and friends of Sigma,
I confess that I only played with the game "operation" just for the sound effects when I tried to take out the funny bone.

Does anybody remember making keychains with lanyard....(the box, the barrel, the cobra) with all kinds of zany colors you can get.
I remember cutting Barbie's hair and getting mad because it wouldn't grow back.
Does anyone remember the Cricket Dolls??

I still have some of the plastic thread to make them. We called them boondoggles (I'm sure I messed the spelling up).

I still make them I learned how to make them @ summer camp when I was a wee tot. Years later, I ended up working for the camp and taught my kids how to make them. I also make the friendship bracelets.
I'm suprised no one has mentioned Rubics Cube and the gazillion copies that came after it.
