I've heard about this channel.
I wonder if this is the network that Marlon Jackson (Jacko's brother) and other blacks started a few years ago. I rememeber Marlon and some other men were at Essence a couple of years ago advertising a new network that could be found on digital cable and satelite providers. Unfortunately, I wasn't really paying them any attention.
