I think Carmen and Josh should be brought up on charges of harmonious homicide for the willful and malicious destruction of an innocent musical tune! Any member of the fashion police is now deputized to handle this situation. I believe Josh will turn himself in to the USMC and they will handle the situation but I'm issuing an APB for Carmen's immeadiate arrest and she should be considered armed and extremely clueless ("I have a chance to win ??" ) Too many witnessess to the heinous act...not even Johnny Cochran and the dream team can save her now!
