lol CFL. There is no way I could ever watch that down here unless I had a satelite dish. CFL is like the minors leagues for the NFL.

obviosuly the CFL is a farm league, it has produced so good players though, Doug Flutie, Rocket Ismail et al. I like it more than the NFL, bigger field one less down' slightly different rules, it is a far more open game, not as much BS as the NFL. and as the slogan goes "we have bigger balls"!!

some cities yeah it does, like winnipeg it is the only team they got in places like Toronto the Argos games never get close to sold out, to close to buffalo.

the Grey cup is the equivilant, it is a cup given to the league by Lord Albert Henery Earl Grey in 1909.

the first game of football played in North America was at McGill University in Montreal Quebec. Which then Challenged Harvard to a game introducing it to the American Public. Hate to say it boys but football is Canadian!

both versions are good, CFL is more open, bigger field(110 yards), one less down, no fair catch rule, at the same time the NFL has higher calibre players, more strategy etc so both are good.
