Sigma Alpha Merchandise

I have an address of someone in Texas that has a lot of Sigma Alpha Merchadise. Our Chapter had a catalog but it has since been lost. I also have a partial address. Was wondering if anyone else might have the rest of the address or if someone else has contacted her about nationals since we will be in Texas for nationals.

Her address is
The Craft Boutique
(pool Hardware CO.)
219 South Street
Nacogdoches TX

Some of my sisters did order stuff from there and they loved it. Just thought I would share with every one else.

That's the town where Alpha Eta is, and probably why that supplier has Sigma Alpha Merchandise.

I also urge you to check out the merchandise that Spirit Recognition has to offer at www.spirit.cc/sig_alph.

Happy Shopping!

Robin

I did check them out and bought stuff from them. But this supplier also has other stuff that this website doesn't. Would it be possible to add her as a supplier of Sigma Alpha stuff?

Question

Hey!!! I have got a question and really hope someone can help me out. I am at Murray State University - Alpha Upsilon chapter and we are having some trouble getting Sigma Alpha items in the bookstore. While the social sororities have picture frames and stationary and there is nothing of ours. For example I wanted a Sigma Alpha sticker for my car... I had to get a Alpha Sigma Alpha sitcker and cut off the first Alpha!!! Pathetic huh? Are there any catalogs or anything that sells Sigma Alpha stationary or absolutely anything we can do here at Murray State to get our stuff out where we can buy it????? I would appreciate any advice! Thanks

Our bookstore, as far as I know here at West Virginia University, doesn't sell anything greek..but we have a store, The Bookexchange, a few schools have this store...that is where the greek stuff is sold and we actually have stuff there....we told the ladies at the greek counter that if our stuff is there, then it will be bought and so far we have the best selling out rate then any other sorority, social or otherwise here on campus... but Sigma Alpha doesnt have window stickers at ours either...we have some ladies who have them...but I don't remember where they were gotten from...I think from that store down in Texas, Craft Boutique....

good luck in finding stuff

If there would be an interest, I could design some Sigma Alpha glass bead jewelry for you.

You can check out my ZTA jewelry on my personal site:

http://www.penguintrax.com

I know your colors are Green and Gold...but I'd need some additional info from you for design selections.

Talking

Thanks sooo much for helping me out. I am going to introduce the catalog idea and the bracelet website to the rest of us at our weekly meeting. I went to one of the "greek" stores on campus and told them "if they supplied... we'd buy the Sigma Alpha stuff up." I think that only problem is that they get all their stuff out of catalogs themselves, so if THEIR suppliers don't have it, they don't sell it. Thanks sooo much, now I have several things to present!!!

murraygirl1,

So glad to see you looking to wear your Sigma Alpha spirit! You might check with the person who gets your chapter's mail, too - the chapter should have received new Burr, Patterson & Auld (and Spirit Recognition, I think) brochures lately.

Talking Sigma Stuff

Hey girls,

Howdy, from the great state of Texas. I am a member of the Zeta Chapter at Tarleton State University. I work in the library on campus, and while I am not doing anything I play on the computer. I found a website that has tons of Sigma stuff on it. It is www.Greekgear.com. Just go to either the hot new stuff icon or the girts for her. It is tons of cool stuff like pillow cases, candles, and tons of girly stuff.

Sisterly love,

Katie

DO NOT USE GREEKGEAR.COM!!!

I just had a nightmare with that company!! They have tons of really cute Sigma Alpha stuff on their site and I was so excited, it is so hard to find things that other sororities can get real easy! I ordered 4 items and planned to order more if I loved what i got. Well, today, (2 weeks after i placed the order) I recieved a very breif email saying:
"I am sorry but these items we added are not available in your group.

Your card has been credited." (seriously that was it)

So wondering what items I would be getting I called and they said they were unable to get the items they thought they were getting..So I asked what i could get and they said anything engraved or personalized...things I could get on my campus!
Before I called I checked to see if they items were listed on the site and they were so I asked the lady and she tried to tell me they were not there....I really dont think i imagained them!!

So you have been warned! Do not do business with them!!!!

Sorry for your frustrations Jilly!!

I urge you all to use Spirit Recognition. If there's a problem with this company, we as a sorority can do something about it in the future by stating our concerns, and if necessary not continuing our contract with them and going elsewhere. Trust me ladies, we've done our research and this is a great company with quality merchandise. In addition, all of the items presented on their page are AVAILABLE.

Happy shopping. The website address is: [url]www.spirit.cc
