I don’t keep up with politics, so I don’t know. I just know that what was once normal is abnormal today, and what was abnormal is normal today. As a result of that, I just take a quick look and listen to the biggest fool between the two opponents, and that’s generally who people will follow in this day and age. I’m always surprised when normal wins.

Lol! People just lack common sense. I’m going to stay positive. He’ll lose.

I agree, I’m all about being positive. I believe that behind every difficulty is at least one opportunity man, and the size of your burden is never as important as the way you carry it. But I’m talking about other folks and the times we’re now living in. I remember when I was a kid, when my siblings and I would be in the car with my parents, I’d always hear them say in conversation to each other, “People don’t have a lick of sense now.” Now, when I’m in the car with my family, I find myself saying in conversation, “Folks don’t have a lick of sense these days.” 😂
It’s not that most folks don’t have any common sense, because sense isn’t common anymore. They don’t have a LICK of sense nowadays.

Not looking forward to having lunch with some staff I work with today. A couple of them will eat with food on the corner of their mouth or food stuck in between their two front teeth. I’ll eat a few bites until I see that, then I’m done.

Every generation has always talked about how bad the next generation of people have gotten worse than the previous, but now the “bad” is on a whole new level of bad. You’re right and I hear you.

I've already voted.
There was a line, but it was pretty short. Parking was an adventure. I'm glad to see that people are getting out and getting our voices heard.
Also, Louisiana has the cutest "I Voted" stickers. Crawfish!

I love the crawfish stickers. I’ll bet they are cute. Ours are boring red circles with white “I Voted” letters.
I’m voting on the 5th. I am very worried about this election though. 🫤

Well, you’d know much better than I would. I just hope there’s nothing else patched in there, lol.

WIFLSRN: After standing most of my workday today, it feels SO good to relax in a very comfortable recliner, with a nice glass of wine, while watching my Vikings. Oh, and it’s cold and rainy outside, too. It just doesn’t get any better than this.

What a fun way to get the public to vote and to wear their sticker! Thank you for sharing.
I googled all the designs. Despite the awards it won the 2019 sticker's crowned pelican looks mighty mean; however, I do like the 2019 use of your state outline as the letter 'L' in the word "Louisiana".
And, I learned what your state Capitol building looks like from your 2022 voting sticker.

It might be better if they actually won.
