It was announced that they bought a property at 480 S Milledge Ave. They bought the entire complex and will do remodeling and it will be ready for occupancy fall 2025.

Not sure. This was not what I expected, but it has a 'house' looking front and many apartment units in the back. I'm assuming they'll connect the units and gut the place. They have a year to work on it. It will possibly be a |__| shaped house. There's a dilapidated Tudor that sold. I was wondering if they bought that, but no.
