Where do Alabama SK chapter members plan on living/hosting recruitment this year? Have they more recently held equal to other campus chapters in NM numbers?

I guess for now they’ll stay in that swing house until something happens. Via the last grade report they have 215 members compared to the 400 ranger that the other houses have, and they got 82 new members compared to the 100’s the others got.

Here's a photo of the swing house that SK is currently occupying. I've read that it's either the former ADPi or AGD house.

Phi Mu at the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign closed after the Fall 2024 semester. They are not listed under "Sororities". Wikipedia has the chapter as Inactive. Fall 2024 membership was 49 members while other PHA chapters had 160+ members.

Looking at the maps, does anyone know why Theta is listed as "non-certified"?

ADPi is listed as enjoying the same non-certification. Other than an apparent Freedom Of Choice to Not Belong (as allowed by the University itself?) I don't see any other reason listed/mentioned on that information page for their being "non-certified".

It's in the "Chapter House" column: I found this at the bottom of the page.
Chapter House/Facility
Certified: Denotes a property that is owned/leased by a House Corporation that has chosen to participate in the Private Certified Housing program and must comply with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign standards for certification.
Non-Certified: Property is owned/leased by a House Corporation but does not participate in the Private Certified Housing program.
Non-Residential: Property is owned and/or operated by a House Corporation and is used for chapter functions and meetings however the facility does not house residents.

Syracuse Sigma Phi Epsilon closure
This is news from 2/4/24 but I didn't see it listed on last year's thread.
https://dailyorange.com/2024/02/sigm...oogle_vignette
From an alum of the chapter, the chapter self reported a hazing incident that precipitated the closure. Sig Ep National Housing retained ownership of the house but it was leased this past school year by Delta Upsilon.

A Purdue sophomore fraternity member told me yesterday that Purdue is pushing Greek organizations to sell their historic houses and properties in a trade for a new house built much further off campus. He said the rumor was that Chi Omega had agreed and others were considering.
Supposedly they want more parking and possibly a new academic building.
Any source for this? I know it has happened at other schools.

Out of sight, out of mind. This sounds like the definition of don't buy a pig in a poke.

Boise State University(ID)
Wofford College(SC)
California Polytechnic State University (I am unsure which campus)
I will be creating the list for 2025/2026 within the next week. Thank you all for your patience.
