Tri Delta CEO has "stepped down." Interim CEO named.
On March 7, Tri Delta's Executive Board President, Megan Shaw James, sent an email to Tri Delta members announcing that Karen Hughes White, who had served as Tri Delta's CEO for 10 years has "stepped down." No reason was given as to why Ms. White would do so at this time, especially when EO should be gearing up for Convention this July. Mindy Tucker has been named as Interim CEO effective immediately. EB has started the search process to select a permanent CEO.
"Stepped down" with no explanation seem to imply that Ms. White was forced out. I have no particular issue with her or with the interim CEO, but I am wondering, what happened and what can be expected from this shake-up in leadership?
Does anyone have insight?
