Carnation Nation Update

All of our triplet nephews have just pledged. One went SAE at Bama, one went Fiji at Bama, and one went Fiji at Auburn.

Well THAT’S great news, carnation! Both of those are strong chapters—but in AL we are ALWAYS Phi Gams, NEVER FIJIs. It’s sort of a North/South thing. I’ve met advisors from both chapters at our Ekklesia, and they seem like fine men.

Please give them “CONGRATS!” from a 50+ year brother!

I think that's just at Bama! Our niece says that the boys were told it's Phi Gam at Bama and Fiji at Auburn. I went to many a fine Fiji party when I was there!

I'll pass this message on to them right now--and thanks, PGDGrad!

Wow!! How neat that they went their own ways. (It was Fiji at FSU, too).

Congratulations to the carnation nephews! Can we get an update on family members and their organizations? Are there any members that are still in the process this year?

A big CONGRATULATIONS to your nephews! I had no idea that you hade triplet nephews!

My fist week on campus, a gazillion years ago, I kept seeing men in purple t-shirts with FIJI on them, and assumed that they were from the FIJI Islands! Obviously, no Phi Gamma Delta influence in my youth...
