LSU Alpha Phi member death

This is truly horrifying.

I take little solace in the arrests. My heart aches for this young woman, her family, friends, sisters, the LSU community - hell, it aches for everyone. Cannot wrap my mind around the horror. A BAC of 0.319 post-mortem? What else will show up in the autopsy? Not to mention the underage alcohol consumption at the bar.

The repercussions are going to be far-reaching. I have no more words.

Its incredibly sad, aside from the other details surrounding what happened to this young woman, 0.319 BAC, that is incredibly high and prompts a lot of other questions in my mind.

My heart breaks for her family and her loved ones, and of course her sorority sisters.

Very sad indeed for ALL who knew and loved her. May they find peace and solace.

When these events occur—all too often it seems—my only hope is that somebody will read this, pass it on and maybe others will learn from it and avoid the same fate.

Such a tragic loss of life. Condolences to her family, her friends and Alpha Phi sisters.
