Just to clarify, snap bids happen in a very short period of time, after the bids have been matched, but before the bids are distributed. Snap bid girls are able to participate in bid day activities. After bid day parties, any bids distributed are via COB(even if there is no organized party). How great that this PNM got a COB bid! Once the decision to withdraw from recruitment is made, many girls regret it, and they don't have the opportunity for a second chance so quickly.

Their Bid Day was yesterday so she probably really got a snap bid.
