The Alpha Phi sorority house is located behind the school's Memorial Stadium.

That’s crazy! There was a situation where I used to live where a garbage truck lost its breaks and smashed into some random house. I think they eventually had to demolish the house due to structural damage.

It sounds to me as if the University is reacting more or less as if the car had crashed into a dormitory, find new housing for the students, the building gets fixed on the University nickel (or more likely their insurance) and let the Building inspectors be what determines how fast students get back into their rooms rather than the Lawyers.

My expectation is that 4 months from now, it will be the centerpiece of the chapter's yearbook, but nothing else beyond that.
