Round 1 during virtual recruitment at my daughter's Big XII school took place before the pnm's arrived on campus. The pnm's had the option of submitting a 1-minute introduction video for the members of each house to review. The pnm's watched a video of each sorority online and then ranked them. They did not speak with any sorority members and there were no zoom meetings. Each sorority made its first round of cuts and sent email invitations for Round 2 zoom calls.
