Her younger daughter is 19. Is she a freshman and just joined Kappa (as Recruitment is now in January) and, if so, will she get initiated?

While my curiosity wants to know if any of the students are Greek, I’m not in favor of their names being public, especially if they didn’t know their parents were doing this.

I have 19 yo twins. They are sophomores who pledged last year. She has likely been initiated.

Here is my problem with this statement. This mother thinks her child never had any advantage and she is wrong. While her child didn't cheat, they still have advantages over the majority of high school students by the parents buying a "premium" education at the private Brentwood school. The child probably also had the benefit of the parents paying for additional tutoring and SAT prep classes.

Friends say she "gloated" about cheating on the SATs according to several articles that came out today.

USC is in Spring Break this week, so even if she pledged in January, I believe she would have been initiated by now. USC is a semester university.

I read through almost the whole affidavit. I think it's pretty clear that a few of the kids really didn't know -- in the telephone transcriptions, the parent sounds desperate to keep the kid in the dark and let them think they got in under their own merits. The parents specifically said things like "Kid cannot know anything about this," and were worried the kid was asking questions and getting suspicious, etc. In those cases, I feel really sorry for the kids. I can't imagine being in the dark, publicly outed, and caught in something that ruins your college experience and haunts you forever. Thanks, mom and dad.

Lori Laughlin has been dropped by the Hallmark Channel (where she had a TV series and a movie series, about 3 a year) as well as being cut from “Fuller House”.

Her daughter, Olivia Jade, has had all but 2 advertisers drop from her social media, where she had over 1M followers.

Lori Loughlin was the last celeb I imagined to be involved in a scandal much less get arrested. Mossimo said something about how he didn't want his daughters somewhere like Arizona State. What a snob! If the daughters did pose in crew gear, then they must have had an inkling of what was happening. I hate it for them on one hand because they are so young, but I wonder to what extent they knew something fishy was up.

Felicity Huffman's daughter is a high school senior.
I'm 99% sure Olivia Jean knew what was going down.

Their daughter is a HS Senior at the LA HS of the Arts. I don’t know where she got accepted (with her 1410 SAT score, when her PSAT score was 1010), but I’d expect that acceptance will get rescinded. She’s already has an IMDB page so she was probably going to a university to study acting (UCLA? NYU?)

As an Advisor at UCLA and after this scandal, there would be chapters that would still extend a bid, but probably most wouldn’t.
