I'm assuming based on your post you might not have any direct personal connections to members in the area. But do you have any friends/family who are members and are active elsewhere? Perhaps they can reach out through their connections.
I am not a member of an NPHC sorority, but I believe if you do a google search there might be some links to some posts here to help you. Just a few thoughts FWIW.
