It has been declining in general for a few years. I have a few thoughts--one namely being the difficulties that a few fraternities have had there have soured PNMs from participating in recruitment. NU is obviously not cheap to attend either and things are getting more expensive in general.

Kappa Delta at Virginia Tech looks like they have about 61 members from counting heads on Instagram. I heard they did make quota, but who knows if they took a few more.
