Do you have memory tricks for remembering formulas?
I'm taking an astronomy course with minimal math but there are some basic laws and formulas that have to be studied.
What are your methods to remember these things?

LOLz.. Thanks! I don't know why I didn't think of the flash cards! I'll try both.

I take a lot of math and science classes, and I usually make a song to remember my formulas. Kinda like how there's the quadratic formula song? It's kind of silly, but it works.

My mom's advice to me when I enrolled in anatomy was to "repeat it like a parrot".
Look, think about what kind of learner you are and try to customize your studying that way. For example, if you're an auditory learner, recite the formulas out loud, sing them into a song, or record yourself reciting the formulas and then play them back in the car on the way to and from class. If you're a visual learner, write them down, draw them into a diagram, make flashcards or a powerpoint or something. If you're a physical learner, make up some dumb marching steps or hand signals to go with the formulas. Clap to the time of you reciting the formulas out loud. Or the flashcards, too, might provide a tactile function.
If all else fails, repeat it like a parrot.

Sciencewoman likes to focus on conceptual understanding, not formula memorization. It makes me sad that you're stressed out about formula memorization.
